Water Dragon:

This badly rotted corpse washed ashore on Sakhalin Island in Russia. While initially thought to be a whale, DNA tests showed it was related to no known animal. According to the islanders, the corpse belongs to a 'water dragon.' There's some speculation this refers to the Lung, Riong, and Ryu of Chinese, Korean, and Japanese myth.

THE MONTAUK "MONSTER"
